How it works to set up a one-on-one video consultation with Sheetal

✔️ Buy a one-on-one consultation with Sheetal on this page. It is just like a product; you place an order and pay for it at checkout
✔️ We will send you an email within 24 business hours (often sooner) to book a time with Sheetal
✔️ In the email we will work with you to set up a time that is suitable for you to meet with Sheetal. We will also offer you a few time options that work well with Sheetal's calendar
✔️ Typically we are able to set up an appointment within 3-5 days of you ordering the consultation session (sooner if available)
✔️ We will send you a meeting link which you will use for the video consultation

How long does it last

✔️ A typical consultation with Sheetal is very detailed and thorough. It can last up to an hour with 5 complimentary follow up emails directly with her in case additional help is needed

✔️ A detailed session in which Sheetal's objective is to understand your goals and help you pick the very best options for your skin & hair care

Who Sheetal is

✔️ A scientist in human genetics, who chose to pursue her passion for Ayurvedic skin and hair care. She is our founder & the formulator of all Apsara products

Return & Refund Policy

✔️ The video consultation with Sheetal is non-refundable after the session
✔️ For a full refund we ask that you cancel the session with a minimum of 24 hour notice. You can email us (contact@apsaraskincare.com) to ask for a cancellation
✔️ A notice shorter than 24 hours will still entitle you to a 50% refund
