The new version is much thicker and does not seem to sink into the skin as the previous one.

I really enjoy this specific toner for dry skin. It smell so pretty, too. This is my 2nd time purchasing and I bought another kind of toner for my son. For acne prone/oil skin. Great products. I’ve been buying from Apsara skin care for 5 years now.
