Omega 3 fatty acids can work magic on your skin. Quite simply put. They can make it softer, glowing, reduce wrinkles and help in cell regeneration. They help improve the health of your skin cells so that they can hold on to moisture. This makes your skin look firm and youthful. Yes, that’s how useful omega-3 fatty acids are to keep your skin healthy and far away from premature aging.
