Bananas also contain silica, which improves the texture of hair. Another ingredient which is important towards maintaining healthy hair, is aloe vera. Banana hair mask has hydration properties that allow it to moisturize the scalp and act as a natural conditioner.

In this episode of the podcast, you will learn how to make a  DIY Banana hair mask to achieve shiny and soft hair.
