I remember how I used to be force-fed moong dal, aka split green gram, when I was growing up. I was absolutely miserable back then, but today I know how good it was for me. Moong dal is not only healthy for your body, but also for your skin. It packs a powerful punch of vitamins A and C that gradually alleviate many skin conditions, remove dead cells, even the skin tone, and soften the skin.

If there is one thing I learned from going natural, it is that nothing breathes life into you the way nature does. Filling up on organic ingredients - either by following an all-natural diet or preparing natural skin care remedies - is the best gift you can give to your body. Now is the best time to stop using products with harsh chemicals and start relying on all-natural ingredients. Moong dal has everything that your expensive cream does not. It will rejuvenate your skin and give you a glowing, spotless complexion without spending a fortune.

So let me share some moong dal recipes that will help restore your skin’s youthful radiance. Keep in mind that for any of these remedies, you must use fine moong dal powder because coarse moong dal powder may scratch your face.
