Vitamin C & Vitamin E: together, they make a magical yet essential combination. Whether they’re in your diet or on your face, Vitamin C & Vitamin E can work wonders for you. Both of these vitamins are renowned for their anti-aging properties. These nutrients are capable of minimizing the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and premature signs of aging naturally. They can also help your skin glow even more and banish blemishes and other imperfections. If that sounds appealing to you, you should know that there are quite a few Vitamin C and Vitamin E-based natural remedies you can whip up in no time to nourish your skin and help it look more flawless and ageless.

Today, you will learn how to make 3 Vitamin C & E anti-aging home remedies that can diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. There are countless natural ingredients abundant in both Vitamin C and Vitamin E, and a lot of them may already be a staple in your diet. As a result, you will likely find some, if not all, of these ingredients for these remedies in your kitchen or pantry at home.

1. Orange Juice & Papaya Home Remedy to Get Soft, Plump & Wrinkle-Free Skin

You may not know it, but Vitamin C can be the key to banishing those fine lines and wrinkles from your face and achieving youthful skin. That’s because Vitamin C has been studied to encourage collagen synthesis. If you want your skin to look soft and plump, collagen is your answer. This protein is the reason why our skin is taut, firm, and wrinkle-free when we’re young. However, your body produces less collagen as you get older; not only that, collagen starts to break down at a faster rate. Over time, your skin will start to sag, and fine lines and wrinkles will start to develop.

To combat this, we need to use Vitamin C so that our skin continues to look soft and plump. Many people use a Vitamin C serum on their skin, but since many fruits and vegetables contain Vitamin C, we can use anti-aging natural ingredients instead. In fact, the home remedy found below has two sources of Vitamin C: orange juice and papaya.

Ingredients

1 tsp. of powdered brown sugar

1 tsp. of fresh orange juice

1 tsp. of mashed papaya

Rosewater, as needed

Instructions

Mix the orange juice, papaya, and brown sugar together. Add enough rosewater to the mixture until you get a thick consistency and the sugar dissolves completely.

Apply the mixture and leave it on for 12 to 15 minutes.

Wash it off with warm water. Follow with your toner, serum, and lotion.

Use 1 to 2 times a week.

2. Vitamin E & Lemon DIY to Reduce Early Signs of Aging at Home

Whether used separately or in combination, Vitamin C and Vitamin E can work so well on your skin because they are both antioxidants. Antioxidants are essential because they minimize the damage done by free radicals. Free radicals are compounds that damage your skin cells, impair collagen production, and accelerate premature signs of aging. Over time, free radical damage may make your fine lines and wrinkles looks more pronounced as well as lead to the formation of dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and dullness.

Even though free radicals can result from sources like pollution, environmental damage, sun exposure, et cetera, we can protect our skin so that it looks ageless and wrinkle-free for as long as possible by utilizing antioxidants like Vitamin C and Vitamin E.

Ingredients

8 drops of Vitamin E oil

⅛ tsp. of instant coffee

1 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Mix the ingredients together.

Dab the remedy on your skin and neck. Don’t go to close to your eye area. Leave it on for 15 minutes.

Wash it off with warm water. Follow with a daily skin care routine based on your skin type. Click here to find out what your skin type is.

Use 1 to 2 times a week.

3. Lemon & Fuller’s Earth Home Remedy to Brighten Up Your Skin & Banish Fine Lines

You can also use Vitamin C and Vitamin E to fade discoloration and even out your skin. Vitamin C, in particular, has been noted for its skin-brightening properties. Because these vitamins are both antioxidants, they can neutralize free radical damage that may be causing your skin to look uneven and dull in the first place. Therefore, not only can Vitamin C and Vitamin E banish those fine lines and wrinkles from your skin, but these two anti-aging vitamins can also encourage a healthy skin glow.

Ingredients

1 tsp. of lemon juice

2 tbsp. of rosewater

Fuller’s earth [Multani mitti], as needed

Instructions

Mix the lemon juice and rosewater together. Add enough fuller’s earth to the mixture until you get a thick paste.

Apply the mixture and leave it on for 15 minutes.

Wash it off with warm water. Follow with your toner, serum, and lotion.

Use 1 to 2 times a week.
